Alta Vista (High View) will be our retreat home for 6 days, set in its own private extensive grounds overlooking the ocean, you will find the peace and tranquility of the Algarve to practice yoga (Bikram 26 and 2) and HIIT Pilates, Vinyasa, restorative Yin and Nidra up to 3 times per day, this retreat is open to everyone of every ability. There will be a posture clinic giving you the opportunity to delve deeper into the practices. Our space has a fully equipped yoga studio to practice in, and also a yoga deck to practice outside in the warm air.

With time to relax and unwind in the sun around the swimming pool, chill out in the jacuzzi, or detox in the sauna.
